This workshop focuses on painting
outdoors, capturing light, atmosphere, and landscape directly from life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Indoor Workshops
When can I set up for the workshop?
You are welcome to drop by the January workshop location the day before. The hall is open all day, FKWCS will be there from 10:00 – 12:00.
Is it safe to leave my art supplies in the hall overnight?
✅ Yes, the hall is locked every night.
Is there assigned seating?
There is no assigned seating. Be aware, some participants will save seats for others.
What time is the hall open on the day of workshop?
The hall is usually opened at 8am.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning. Therefore, bring a sweater just in case you need to be comfortably warm. The hall is not equipped with heat.
Are there facilities to eat lunch at the hall?
Yes, there is a room in the hall in which you are welcome to sit and eat your lunch. Please remember to clean up after yourself. There are also two seating areas outside the hall.
Will the instructor offer works of art for purchase?
The instructor is asked to bring art work that can be purchased by workshop participants.
Instructors usually accept cash, credit cards and or Venmo/Zelle.
Is there parking?
There is plenty of free parking at the workshop location.
What kind of facilities are offered at the hall?
Free Parking, WiFi, Bathrooms, microwave, refrigerator,
and kitchen facilities are available for your use.
